Pricing and how we quote
The figures below are starting points, not a rate card: two jobs of the same size rarely cost the same. What follows is the list of services, what each one covers, what moves the figure up or down, and the price work of that kind starts from.
Services and rates
Prices are in euro, exclusive of VAT. Send the material and the scope, and a firm figure comes back in writing within one working hour.

What moves the figure
Volume, counted properly
Sheets, whole projects or hours, depending on the package. The unit is agreed before work starts, so the invoice matches the quote rather than explaining it.
The state of what you send
This is the single biggest variable, and it is invisible until someone opens the files. A dimensioned vector DWG set and a folder of photographed prints from three different decades take entirely different amounts of work to reach the same result. Where an archive contradicts itself, reconciling it is part of the job and part of the price.
Whose standard the work sits in
Working in your template, with your layers, title block and naming, costs less over a series of projects and slightly more on the first one, while we set it up. Without a template we use a clean conventional structure and rename it to yours later, which is the more expensive order to do it in.
Level of detail
For modelling, LOD 200 and LOD 350 are different jobs, not different settings. For drawings, the same plan at 1:100 and at 1:20 carries a different amount of information. Deciding this early is usually the cheapest decision on the project.
Revisions
Rounds of change agreed in the scope are in the price. Changes to the design itself after the set is issued are quoted separately, and quoted before they are drawn.
Deadline
Normal turnaround carries no surcharge. Work that has to displace something already scheduled is quoted with the surcharge stated openly, and you decide before it starts.
How to get a figure
Send whatever exists — DWG, RVT, IFC, PDF, photographs of prints, or a link to a cloud folder — with a sentence about what you need back and by when. You do not need to sort the material first.
You get a written scope and a price within one working hour: what is included, what is not, the unit the work is counted in, and the delivery date. Nothing starts until you accept it in writing, and the figure does not move afterwards unless the scope does.
If the job is small enough to be worth testing rather than discussing, send one sheet. That is usually a faster way to find out whether we are useful to you than any conversation about rates.
