Scope of a full set

• Floor plans at construction scale, dimensioned and gridded
• Sections through the parts that matter, including through retained structure on reconstruction work
• Elevations on all sides, with finishes and materials identified
• Wall, floor and roof build-ups with thermal performance where required
• Junctions and details at the scales your reviewing authority expects
• Door and window schedules, finishes schedules, quantities taken off per finish

What we need from you

The design intent, in whatever form it exists — sketches, an SD package, a massing model, a marked-up plan. Your template and standards if you have them. If you do not, we will propose a structure and you approve it before production starts. That is all. We do not need a call to begin.

Detailing that has been built

Details are drawn by someone who has been on site through commissioning, not only at the screen. That shows up in small, expensive ways: a junction that can actually be sequenced, a threshold that accounts for the finished floor build-up, a flashing that a roofer can install in one visit. You will not spend your review time explaining why something cannot be built.

Revisions

Interim deliveries at agreed stages, marked-up PDFs for your comments, and revisions inside the agreed scope rather than as a variation. Fixed price where the scope is clear, hourly where it genuinely is not yet.

Sheet conventions and standards

Sheets are set up to the conventions the project is delivered under: ISO drawing standards for projection, sheet sizes and title blocks, your practice's numbering and revision scheme, and on projects run to BS EN ISO 19650 the container naming and status codes that go with it. If you issue a drawing production manual, we draw to it. If you do not, we use a conventional structure and document what we used.
