Scope and output
An existing brick administrative building with a mansard roof, taken through full reconstruction documentation — from as-built survey to issued-for-construction drawings. The brief covered facade repair and repainting, roof and waterproofing replacement, selective demolition and rebuilding of partitions, new floor and ceiling finishes throughout, and full M&E system replacement (water supply, electrical, ventilation).
